About Addison
I am an enthusiastic singing tutor with 7 years of experience teaching learners of all levels. I have successfully mentored around 300 students throughout their musical path, helping them develop strong vocal ability and stage confidence. My teaching philosophy relies on real-world examples, creativity, and truthful feedback, so every student learns in a manner that fits them best. I believe singing is about conveying emotion, not merely hitting correct notes. My aim is to keep learning enjoyable while helping each student become a confident performer.

My teaching method for Singing, Music Theory, and Voice Training centers on helping each learner discover their own distinct voice while developing solid technical ability. I believe singing goes beyond hitting correct notes and is about conveying feeling and engaging listeners.
I bring in real-world examples and case studies from professional vocalists and genuine performance settings to help learners grasp how theory translates into practice. This makes concepts easier to relate to and shows how the skills gained can apply to actual singing careers or personal development.
Creativity forms a key part of my teaching. I push students to try out various genres, styles, and approaches so they can shape their own sound rather than imitating others. This builds confidence and originality within their singing.
Motivation stays a focus throughout every session. Becoming a strong singer takes patience and repetition, so I make it a point to keep learners inspired, acknowledge minor gains, and set attainable targets so they remain enthusiastic about their journey.
Integrity also matters greatly in my teaching. I offer truthful feedback on strengths and weak points, so students get a real sense of their development rather than empty compliments. This builds trust and speeds up their growth.
My sessions generally open with breathing drills and warm-ups, then move to vocal technique work such as pitch control, tone quality, and breath support. I also cover music theory fundamentals, rhythm, and ear training for a well-rounded grasp of music.
For more advanced learners, I emphasize performance ability, stage presence, and recording skills, along with genre-focused coaching like classical, pop, or playback singing.
My aim is for every student to feel at ease, supported, and driven to keep improving, while equipping them with the technical grounding needed to thrive in singing.
