About Paula
I have practiced yoga for 15 years and decided to take up yoga professionally because of my own occuring back problems. Due to this, my teaching reflects a caring, compassionate and light hearted class maintaining a professional manner at all times.

I am an advanced Hatha yoga teacher who has been qualified and teaching for two years. I teach hourly lessons in a studio, and two village halls teaching students at a beginners level and intermediate level with meditation. I teach my classes with each student's abilities met by providing different versions of yoga poses to execute in class. I am also a personal tutor who provides Yoga Therapy which includes Yoga Osteopathy and massage.
