About Marie
I am Marie, and have been practicing yoga for 8 years on a daily basis. It was in February 2017 that I decided to go to India to train myself in Hatha Yoga, to acquire the basics of alignment .... alignment which is also very close to my heart that it is in my practice that in my lessons. For 3 years I have been giving lessons on an irregular basis because I am also a nursing assistant in psychiatry, where I have also integrated this discipline ...

My lessons are made for everyone in the sense that it is up to the teacher to adapt to the person and not the opposite. In yoga, there is not really a method except feelings ... I have given classes to completely different people and make it a point of honor to make them accessible to ALL.
