About Whimpy
I was living in China for 25 years, and I am a native speaker of Chinese. I have received professional training and study in Chinese second language teaching and second language methodology in China, with Bachelor's degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language from a prestigious university in China.
No matter which level your Chinese is, your learning goal is to pass the HSK tests or you are interested in the Chinese language, I have my own teaching ways for you based on your needs.

• Lessons are 1 on 1 which gives you very-focused attention. Learning materials are supplied and based on practical needs.
• A typical class is 60 minutes.
• The first class, 30-minute trial class, will be provided by VOOV, in which a free talk/quiz about your learning goal and Chinese level will be arranged.
• My Lessons are relaxing and with strong focus on conversational Chinese, you’ll be able to speak Chinese from the first class. Moreover, you’ll get to know about the real Chinese Culture and lifestyle without (or before) going to China.
- For beginners, I offer a 10h package : Pinyin and Everyday Conversation, you will learn about Chinese pronunciation and useful basic phrases that will help you break barriers. (After that you can top-up more hours to reach the next level.)
- For other levels, lessons will be tailored to meet individual needs (including HSK).
- Also offer classes tailored for pre-school/primary/secondary school kids.
