About Ewaade
I am a Physiotherapist, a product of the only university in Nigeria Obafemi Awolowo University .I currently work at Federal Medical Center Abeokuta, Ogun State. I specialize in Cardiovascular fitness and Health. I strongly believe that physical activity is for everyone either young or old,thick or even the relatively slim folks.

The individual phase entails a one on one assessment and intervention on weight loss while the group phases involves bringing people of similar physical composition(weight,height) together to lose weight
