I studied sports at Chrysalis Academy a Programthat'sassist young peoplethat'sunable to afford studies.I received my certificate at sport science institute as the Top and most improved student top award.I did sport coaching and exercise at my local old age home asvolunteeringalso at the disabled centre.I believe by giving back to communities will be an advantage one day.Curently worked at our Primary School as anassistant.

I've never given online lessons only face to face.My lessons is fun and exciting.I believe making people fit you also have to make it little bit fun.so that your clients can stay happy mentally and physically.My lessons is in stages from beginners to advanced clients.I also talk about nutrition and how to live a healthy life.
