About Adeyemi
As I have earlier stated,I teach with high level of understanding and deep knowledge of my students present ability and i respond to this accordingly.I read students facial expression,this paints the picture of the student position of understanding of what a teaches.
I can easily discern who understands or does not understand what i teach
As an Electrical Engineer, the impetus for taking up.teach job is as a result of the continual problems students have with understanding Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Further-mathematics,even after paying huge amounts of moneynas school fees.This is my regular experience.
It seems most teachers handling these subjects don't either understand them or they don't know how to transfer the knowledge.jIt is this experience that motivate me to remain in the teaching line since graduation from secondary school in the year 1994 up till this time,to be of help to.as many students that come my way and are willing.
I teach my student to become teachers.It is a usual experience in my Yeats of teaching that reach student I teach become a very good teacher in that same subject.

I teach in such a way that my student are teachers themselves. I allow them to make mistakes,so as to known their individua strength,weakness,opportunity and threat.
I pay a wholehearted attention to my students. I teach every student to a high level if understanding irrespective of the level of the incompetence state or dullness.
