About Lindsay
I am a certified pilates and yoga instructor educating and instructing in New York City. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, I have a thorough knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology. With the mission of helping others unveil awareness in their own bodies and discovering the strongest versions of themselves, inside and out; I I have a deep appreciation for precision and form, and keen attention to detail. I am very interested in broadening my teaching experience with additional opportunities in the city!
