About Yamukela
I am a young lady who is passionate about exercise and I believe that everyone deserves to learn many ways in which they can work on their bodies, for a better health, improved sports performance and overall self confidence. I hold a sport science bachelor’s degree and an exercise science honours degree, which I obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, one of the top 5 universities in Africa. My previous experience working as an academic mentor where I was tutoring undergraduate students several modules, I learnt a lot of skill sets that I would appreciate to pass on
