I offer two approaches: tailored tuition for students with particular goals (GCSE's, A-Levels, and University studies) and a course on Latin and Ancient Greek. I combine the teaching of grammar in context with interactive activties and resources for vocabulary learning.
I have also become trained in the teaching of latin and greek through the direct method, that is, actively using Latin and Greek in my lessons, not only for the purposes of translation. My students often find how easy it is to compose texts in these language, and in fact, how useful this is for a real mastery of the language.
I am now transitioning to online teaching. My experience so far has been great, new teaching platforms offer great amount of posibilities for learning online. Even if you are hesitant to this approach, I suggest you follow a first lesson for free before making up your mind. I am sure you will find it amazing too!
I look forward to hearing from you.
