If you've read this far, you're on your way to a big change!!
Along side a decade of my own personal experience in various forms of fitness and sport, I just had to sum it up with a higher certificate and diploma for Personal training. But it hasn't stopped there, there's so much more developing behind the stage curtains as we speak!
