About Emma
I am forever a student myself and I go to classes daily to practise with teachers and a community. I take trainings each year and I love to work with people who want to gain a greater awareness of their body, as well as deepen their understanding and yoga experience.

I offer personalised individual and group classes for yoga students of all abilities, from beginners to long-term practitioners. I offer a variety of styles from Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga to Yin and Restorative. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes to do yoga. It’s always a practice.
