The mainly thing to do to improve a language I think is talking about something that the student loves. In this way he is interested in what we do and he is involved so he can improve his language skills without realising it. As I am improving a language myself (English as I am French expatriate in England), I understand how it works.
I believe in a five-stage method: Firstly, introduce the topic and use some worked examples; Secondly, give a few examples for the student to do with help; Thirdly, give harder questions and let the student be until they require me and let this lead into the next lesson; Fourthly, wrap up the lesson with some concluding statements and questions; Fifthly, give some questions for the student to do...
I am a Master of Chemistry, and as such would be happy to teach at all levels up to degree level. I am friendly and approachable, and take time to make sure something is understood before moving on to more complicated ideas.
My approach to teaching is keeping the things too easy. A student feels a particular subject is too hard when he has build a mindset like maths, thermodynamics, blah blah is too difficult. When he thinks it is a cup of tea for him, it actually becomes the cup of tea.
By drawing on your unique personality and individual requirements, I can give you the direction you need. The key is to nurture confidence and feel comfortable in conversation. Just keep talking.
Use of real life scenarios, hobbies , food and travel to enrich the student vocabulary and spur them to travel abroad to practice their skills
My teaching methodology is quite pragmatic, I like using real life example , to engage my students , and keep the classes relavant
I think Communication is what helps to learn a language, so I would like to create a class with manny people that like to talk about general things, lifestyle, how was your day, introductions in Italian in order to learn the basics.
In my lessons I like to focus on one topic per lesson. The structure is learning the topic in stages and practising after each stage to ensure understanding. If there are any issues then the area of difficulty and be focused on more.
I use a person centred teaching approach. Which means I first look at what you want from music lessons and tailor my lessons accordingly. I make sure to use a fun approach whilst ensuring we get closer and closer to your goal.
I tailor my teaching style to the individual, this is based on how best the individual learns and retains information. If the individual does not know this, we will work together to find the best solution for them to retain and learn new information.
My teaching method is simple, they will be structured on how to answer the exam papers, along side some topical debates regarding current affairs. I will also deliver exercises, powerpoints and help students gain confidence to write about a question that they may not feel so confident in doing. I aim to provide a first class level of tutoring that helps the student get into university.
I believe that school and learning should be a joy, and I do my best to make tutoring fun for everyone! I always tutor in the students own home, as I find they are most comfortable and at ease there.
I approach each topic by first finding out what the student knows and then clarifying it. We will compose many beats, and make learning music fun.
My teaching method follows the constructivist style. I believe in active learning, learning through play and exploration. I also incorporate some behaviourists aspects such as some rote learning. I believe that both methods can be used interchangeably when teaching children effectively.
I teach all school years from year 1 all the way to year 11, always sticking to the national curriculum and sometimes even exceeding it. The pace, in which the topics are covered, is dependent on the students’ needs and progress. Homework is given after every lesson and tests are conducted at a regular basis.
My method in teaching is very much made around the student in question, I will plan around availability and capability and this will change week to week based on progression level. I will also provide the child with a lot of revision materials for independent sessions.
I like to talk through my thought processes, and how I interpret certain aspects of the novel/play/poem, as well as look at other aspects that may contradict mine. By talking it through it creates an open environment where people become more open and confident with their thoughts.
I prefer teaching through examples, simply barking out theorems and complex mathematics is very difficult to absorb and in most cases is very ineffective. I prefer introducing a new concept alongside a number of slowly worked through examples that clearly outline the different applications also how to tackle different styles of questions that include use of the concept.
My teaching method is to prepare the students for the exam , I teach them how to efficiently achieve the target grade they want and keep stress at minimum, my approach to exams is tactical which includes analysis of past papers for the exam and prediction of possible topics that will come up in the exam.I like to teach in a friedly way and keep lessons entertaining.
I would like my lessons to be student-led, driven by the areas of improvement most desired by the student him or herself. I would be most comfortable in teaching early secondary school level French and feel that my classroom voluntary experience with this age group will aid me greatly in providing a successful tutoring service.

My teaching method is based on a “learning by doing” approach. I like to explain concepts to my students and use practical examples where possible so they can relate it to everyday life as well as use it in a business context. I follow this up by giving them questions of increasing difficulty to ensure they understand the concepts well.
I am willing to give lessons to students up to and including GCSE level, I believe that anyone can exceed at maths if they understand the concept of it. As for structure, I will follow a syllabus for their year unless they would like to focus on something more specific and more tailored to them.
