About George
As a lifelong martial arts and combat sport practitioner, boxing is and always has been a huge part of my life. I have boxed competitively for over 8 years in which time I have been captain and subsequently president of my universities boxing club, won the Scottish novice title in 2023, and won silver in the Scottish intermediate championships in 2024. Having coached in gyms across the country I am able to offer tailor made sessions to suit anyone's needs, be they starting their competitive journey or simply looking for a new fitness regime.

I offer sessions of either 30 minutes or an hour to beginners, white collar fighters, and novice amateurs. Each session encompasses a wide range of boxing drills with a focus on fitness, as well as an emphasis on correct technique. The training is carried out via various pad drills, footwork drills, and high intensity interval training.
