About Qing
I am a passionate and dedicated badminton coach with strong competitive and teaching experience. As a two-time provincial women’s team champion and two-time individual runner-up, I have developed a deep understanding of both the technical and mental aspects of the game. Over the past two years, I have coached a range of adult learners, helping them improve their techniques, footwork, and game strategy through structured, motivating, and enjoyable sessions. My teaching philosophy is built on confidence and communication — I encourage every student to believe in their potential and to grow through consistent practice. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your skills, I will guide you step-by-step to achieve your goals and enjoy the true spirit of badminton.

My badminton lessons are designed to combine technical training, physical conditioning, and real-game strategy. I mainly focus on multi-shuttle drills, footwork improvement, and tactical awareness, helping students enhance both consistency and speed. Each session typically lasts 1 to 2 hours, depending on the student’s level and learning goals. I always begin with a short warm-up, followed by targeted skill exercises and match-based practice to reinforce what we learn. With over two years of coaching experience, I specialise in training adult learners, from beginners who want to improve their fitness and basic strokes to intermediate players seeking better control and game confidence. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and practical — I believe the best way to learn badminton is through active movement, real feedback, and enjoying every moment on the court.
