About Usman
My name is Usman Khalid, I am a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer who has completed his studies at Active IQ UK. I have been working with clients for almost 2 years now. I hold a lot of knowledge in the field of fitness when it comes to dieting and supplementation. I want to make sure that I help and push my clients to achieve their goals and become healthier. As a boxing coach I have coached over 30 fighters who went on to compete in competitions I am also the boxing coach of APU University since 1 year and 6 months
