About Ziyaad
Hi! I'm Ziyaad Mallick, currently enrolled in Nixor College, Pakistan and completing my A2 academics. I have achieved A* in my GCSE's (O Levels) in the subjects Maths, Additional Math, Computer Science, Physics and English, and straight A's in the first year of my A Levels. I am also the Senior Teacher's Assistant for Computer Science and Mathematics. I have an avid passion for programming, mathematics and hope to pursue this going forward in university. I have also earned CS50x and CS50xPython certifications.

As a dedicated tutor with personal experience, my approach is centered around fostering a deep understanding of concepts while building confidence in my students. A typical lesson begins with a brief review of previously covered material to reinforce understanding. I then introduce new concepts through clear explanations and illustrative examples. After this, we engage in guided practice, including past papers (if preparing for examinations), where students apply what they've learned with my support. The lesson concludes with independent practice, allowing students to solidify their understanding, followed by a recap to address any lingering questions.

Ziyaad is a concept focused tutor who is punctual and fully prepared for every class. He broke down challenging topics into smaller concepts and gave relevant examples that helped me learn Computer Science better than my actual professor. I'd recommend him to anyone who's looking for an experienced tutor and wants to seriously improve their understanding.
