About Kristen

Hi! I’m Miss Kris, an experienced dance teacher and gymnastics coach who loves helping dancers become stronger, more confident, and technically secure.

I teach ballet, jazz, modern/contemporary, musical theater, technique, turns, leaps, flexibility, and conditioning. I’m also certified in Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) and have experience working with both recreational and competitive dancers.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer looking for extra coaching, I’ll meet you at your level and help you reach your goals while keeping dance fun!

For a dancer struggling with turns, leaps, flexibility, balance, coordination, or confidence, I break skills down into manageable pieces so they unders
