About Erica
Hi! I’m a passionate educator with 9+ years of experience helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I specialize in literacy support, foundational math, and confidence-building strategies that help learners thrive. Throughout my career, I’ve served as a swim instructor, summer camp counselor, middle school health and PE teacher, reading and math summer school teacher, and tutor/interventionist. Currently, I work as an MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) coach, supporting students through targeted, evidence-based interventions. I’m Orton-Gillingham, SIOP, and SIPPS certified, with a strong background in structured literacy instruction. My bachelor’s degree is in Public Health, and my master’s is in Skills-Based Health and Social Emotional Learning—so I know how to meet students where they are and support the whole child.
