I have a high energy, but well-planned approach. I come to class well prepared but willing to go in any direction the lesson and your interests may take us. The more I know about your needs, the more I will be able to tailor lessons for you, but even if you don't really know what you want, or of course if you are a beginner, then I can provide you with guidance and confidence. If you are an advanced student I can help you express yourself more accurately and more authentically, by looking closely at pronunciation, grammar and idiomatic expressions for instance.
I have been teaching English as a foreign language for over 8 years, and I love my work. I have taught all age groups, and have had literally hundreds of students, from whom I have received great feedback. I have worked in England, Mexico, Italy, Ukraine and Ethiopia and have taught many students from different countries and extremely different backgrounds. For example, with Mexican industrialists, and with Ethiopian professionals and street children. I have a BA Honours in Development Studies with Languages, a CELTA certificate, and am British Council approved.
I would charge travel on top depending on how far I have to go
