About Solmaz
I am an experienced English and ESOL teacher with over 13 years of classroom experience, working with teenagers and adult learners from different backgrounds and levels. Over the years, I have seen that confidence, not just knowledge, is often the biggest barrier to learning English.
I see learning as a continuous process and also learn from my students every day. Teaching is my passion, and I am committed to supporting learners as they build confidence and improve their English step by step.

I offer personalised English and ESOL tutoring tailored to each student’s goals, level and learning style. Every lesson is carefully planned but also flexible, focusing on what each learner truly needs, whether that is speaking confidence, grammar, pronunciation or exam preparation.
I understand how challenging learning a new language can be, especially the barriers learners face such as lack of confidence, fear of making mistakes and difficulty using English in real situations. Because of this, my approach is supportive and patient, creating a safe space where students feel comfortable to speak and improve step by step.
My teaching style is structured but practical. I break language down into clear, manageable steps and give students plenty of opportunity to practise communication in real-life contexts. I focus on helping learners use English naturally and confidently, not just study it as a subject.
I design the lessons in a way that truly engage your mind with English through interesting topics. You learn to identify your weaknesses and turn them into an exciting challenge for improvement.
I also provide clear feedback and consistent guidance so students always understand their progress and next steps. My aim is to help learners become more independent, confident and comfortable using English in everyday life.
