About Louisa
I went into teaching twenty-five years ago to share my passion for English Language and Literature. I worked in schools for 15 years and have been a private tutor since then. The joy of tuition is that I can tailor lessons precisely to each individual student's needs.

I have very strong subject knowledge and have tutored students for all the different exam boards, at both GCSE and A-level. Students and parents comment frequently on my ability to form strong relationships and to personalise lessons to individual students' needs. As well as my teaching experience, I have been an examiner for CIE since 2016. I can deliver Functional Skills and IELTS as well as GCSE and A-level.
