About Ruby
I support students in building strong reading, writing and speaking skills in a structured, encouraging environment. Drawing on many years of classroom and tutoring experience, I help learners gain confidence, stay organized and reach their academic goals at their own pace.
I bring a friendly, fun approach to lessons while maintaining clear routines and expectations so students always know what to do and how to improve. I have a wide range of engaging resources and strategies that I adapt to each learner, whether they need extra practice, enrichment, or targeted support.
I also have experience in special education, working with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning plans to meet diverse needs. This helps me support students who face challenges with attention, organization, language or learning differences, and to work closely with families to ensure consistent progress.
