About Teddy
I'm an audiovisual artist, producer, bassist and performer based in Bristol and Marseille. I teach kids in Forest Schools, teach axe throwing, French, Spanish, and run 2 small studios in Bristol. Teaching, sharing knowledge, and helping other people cope with life and make the most of it is one of my favourite things to do. Also, there are not enough women in the music industry - it is a pleasure to pass on the joy and skill of production to more women / trans / non binary people.

Having learned production and tech working in a studio from age 18, and playing music since I was 12, I have a thorough involvement with the craft and industry - and a strong collaborative relationship with Ableton Live.
Together we will make a plan according to your needs and production fantasies, and we'll work methodically but flexibly through this as we discover the software.
I can help you to feel inspired, liberated, efficient and creative using Ableton software, help with everything from file management to synthesis and sound design. Confident in all genres from trad folk to prog to underground electronic.
I have training in Deep Listening and improvisation - lessons will involve recommended listening, listening practices and the development of musical intuition and a clear ear.
