About Josie
Hi! I’m Josie, a flautist currently studying at the Royal Academy of Music in London. I’ve been playing the flute for many years and have developed a strong passion for both performing and teaching, working with students of different ages and abilities.
I’m experienced as both a teacher and performer, and have worked across a range of musical styles. I regularly perform in chamber ensembles and orchestras, and enjoy bringing this real-world musical experience into my lessons.
I’m passionate about helping students not only improve their technique, but also build confidence and enjoy making music. My lessons are friendly, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s goals — whether you’re learning for fun, preparing for exams, or developing your performance skills.
I always aim to create a positive and relaxed learning environment where students feel motivated and can make steady progress.
