About Jennifer
For more than 25 years I have taught secondary English to middle and high school students, literature, research-based writing and composition to college students and prepared adult learners returning to school to pass the GED test. As the sole proprietor of my own writing services business, I provided teaching, writing and editing services to individuals and groups in educational and commercial settings. I also am a published poet, who continue to write and publish poetry in quality journals across the country.

I have taught literature, research and essay writing to hundreds of high school, college and adult students in a variety of settings. This includes preparation for the SAT essay and the GED exam. I usually Skype and email with my clients. My teaching method emphasizes the use of prompts, discussion and revision with skills-based input provided on an individualized basis. I have worked with diverse populations of learners, including international students.
