About Ollie
I’m a university student with a strong interest in helping others learn and build confidence in their studies. I’m currently taking a year out of university due to recently having surgery on a torn ACL and meniscus, which has given me the time to reflect and focus on developing new skills. Teaching allows me to stay mentally engaged, give back to others, and turn a challenging setback into something productive. I enjoy explaining concepts clearly, adapting to different learning styles, and helping students feel more confident in their abilities.

I teach GCSE Maths, GCSE Physics, and A-Level Maths with a clear, patient, and structured approach. I focus on breaking down difficult ideas, building confidence, and using exam-style practice to strengthen understanding. Lessons are usually 60 minutes, but I can adjust the length based on the student’s needs—shorter sessions for quick topic reviews or longer ones for exam preparation. I achieved A*AB in A-Level Maths, Further Maths, and Physics, plus Grade 9s in GCSE Maths and Physics, and I’m currently on a gap year, giving me plenty of time and energy to support students.
