About Reza
I am an experienced teacher with a strong academic background in Applied Linguistics, Language teaching methodology, language learning and teaching psychology, and sociology. I believe that learning a language is learning its culture and being able to communicate effectively using that language. I try my best to keep my classes fun and energetic, as I believe the key to effective learning is having fun and enjoying what you learn, while you learn it. I can also help you start your self-study and learn how to further your knowledge of the English language, using online tools, AI, textbooks, etc.. I also take the opinions and learning styles of my learners into account, making me a very flexible tutor.

I hold a master's degree in Applied Linguistics and have 7 years of experience teaching English language. Furthermore, I specialize in IELTS training courses. I prefer a natural approach to language learning and teaching, with an emphasis on a personally tailored set of activities and practices for each individual. I tend to use updated sources and textbooks, to help me direct the flow of the sessions while keeping the atmosphere realistic so that the learners can improve their communicative skills above all. I am more comfortable with teenagers, young adults, and adults, especially in upper intermediate to mastery level learners (B2-C2,) and can have a massive impact on their IELTS preparation, with a focus on writing tasks. In addition, I specialize in academic and formal writing and CV and Motivation letter preparation.
