About Alfred
I am a Grade 8+ level violinist with performance experience in many different settings. I have played at weddings/funerals, and in different orchestras across Scotland, London, and Vienna. I love the violin and music in all its forms and am constantly trying to improve my own abilities with practice and hard work. Music is what keeps me going!

I hope to provide beginner/intermediate students of all ages with a fantastic foundation for violin performance. At this level, I focus heavily on technique and developing musicality, though I don't have a one-size-fits-all methodology - everyone's different! Each lesson should be catered to the specific needs of the student and their goals. I am patient and easy to talk to, though I hope to promote and imbue high standards in all my students. My lessons are typically 1 hour long. I have taught and continue to teach numerous enthusiastic students.
