Lessons are for students in grade 9 and under, anyone who needs a little extra help or wants to improve. Typically I would let the student lead and tell me areas where they may need help, if this is not applicable then I would go ahead and solidify some concepts that I deem important. Something that sets me apart is I will always be available to look over a student's work before they hand it in, even outside of office hours. I will help them make edits, improve, and will give them my thoughts.
