I believe that online learning works best when it is highly interactive, supportive, and tailored to each student's unique needs. I use digital whiteboards, shared document editing, and real-time feedback to keep students engaged. My goal is to break down complex essay structures, grammar rules, and literary themes into simple, manageable steps. My lesson plan is to use the first ten minutes to warm up and review goals then move to core skill breakdown next work on guided practice, after wrap up and set goals for our next lesson. I focus heavily on building confidence and turn stressful assignments into clear, step by step projects. I am patient, encouraging, and adaptable to different learning styles. These online lessons are specifically designed for high school students but can be adapted to middle school as well.
