About Jae
Hi! My name is Jae and I am an educator with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with children of all ages, with a special focus on early childhood. I have taught outdoor based learning for the last two years, and virtual lessons for almost a year. My teaching philosophy is child lead and aligned with gentle parenting- I believe that children thrive when they are met with respect and curiosity.
I have a Bachelor's degree in psychology with a concentration in child development and sociology. I am offering individual and group lessons in topics in of History, Psychology, Anthropology, and Sociology. My lessons are fun, interactive, and engaging- I try to bring history to life! I specialize in neurodivergent children, small group facilitation, and virtual learning. I am excited to connect with you to talk about how I can best help your child learn!

I believe children learn best through play, and my lessons include games, stories, and interactive activities. I specialize in virtual teaching and teaching children with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodiversity. I can teach off of existing curriculums, create general education curriculums, or develop my own curriculum around any specific topic/s.
