As actual Ukrainian Karate National Team Member I have a big experience in teaching karate and martial arts, after participating in lots of competition and seminars around the world and also coaching different age athletes. You can both learn kata and kumite

As karate is on of the Japanese traditional sports and arts, it consist of Kihon, Kata and Kumite. But as for me, physical preparation is also really important part of it
