About Circle
My Names Ant (the photo is very old, but they wouldn't accept any recent ones). I am 36 and have been a Personal Trainer for 13 years in addition to being a Highly Qualified sports therapist (if you have any injuries we can also fix them).
I started off working for Pure gym many years ago and opened a Sports therapy practice alongside. 3 Years ago the opportunity came to move premises and I now have a PT studio within my sports therapy practice Circle 8 Massage.
We are located in the heart of Leeds city centre and my studio has everything from Squat rack, cable machine, Dumbbells and even an assault bike plus much much more!
I am very driven, a realist and candid! I will tell you exactly what you need to hear :)
In terms of sessions, everything is monitored, we will do a full consultation, I will design a workout program and a nutrition plan for you which will aid in your overall goals. Weight & Measurements are taken once per month to also track progress.

Level 2, 3 & 4 Personal Training
Level 3 & 4 Sports Therapy
Exercise Referral
Posture& Corrective Exercise
