About Jan
My name is Jan. I'm a father of a 6 year old girl and I'm a dedicated swimmer for life. I believe that swimming is one of the best sports there are. I can not say for certain but definitely it is a sport which would develop the entire body and mind too. It is a sport which everyone can do for the whole life duration. Sport which can relieve stress and build full control of your body.
I am a regular teacher for one the best schools in London and I teach several children and teenagers per week. I am DBS checked and I have got an STA Level 2 Award in Safety Award for Teachers.
I will make sure that if I teach your child his or her safety will be my first priority. I will make sure they make a steady progression and I will make sure we have fun in the water !

I will teach you or your child swimming from the water using a progressive techniques with minimum usage of floating devices. We will go straight for the right body position and then keep adding all the necessary skills for all 4 strokes development. I follow modern swimming teaching methods used by the best swimmers in the world. Usual lesson is 30 min long but can be extended if needed. Currently I teach many children on 1:1 basis for a well known swimming school in London and I have got great results and see nice progress in all of my students. I'm qualified Level 2 ASA and former club swimmer. I specialised in breaststroke. I swim for myself as well and constantly try to improve my own style. Please contact me only if you have access to private, society swimming pool where it will be possible to conducts lessons.
