I approach each session with and open mind and I base each session on how the child/client is feeling on the day. I pay attention to the individual and work on their strengths and weaknesses within themselves and their swimming through a combination of swimming and mindfulness teachings. I aim to have my clients feeling more confident overall when they step out of the pool.

I can help achieve your goals and to feel comfortable in the water. Im very proactive and always keen to learn something new from salsa to snowboarding and therefore understanding the learning curve and input needed when learning new skills. "Swimming is not just about learning technique, it's about building a relationship with the water".
My lessons for beginners usually contain breathing while encouraging to put their face under water, with legs kicking and gradually introducing arms movements and techniques needed for the 4 swimming styles (freestyle, backstroke, breakstroke, butterfly stroke). People learn by doing, so we can start with the pure basics. Swimming especially is about being consistent, so that's my main priority - being a strong swimmer is more important than a fast one. Of course, we'll also try and have some fun with it! You'll learn better if you enjoy the lessons, after all.
Confidence Approaches with students. Quick to assess & understanding the level. Patience, positive & motivated on achieving. Help others achieve their goal.
I am usually in the water with trainees. With the use of floats, I start to slowly teach how to kick backstroke legs on the back and eventually teach the whole stroke. I always am very friendly and trying to create a comfortable atmosphere.

I'm obsessed with Front Crawl technique and found commonalities among the top swimmers. I'm intrigued by the comparison of the commonalities of most master's swimmers, and find that there is a correlation between some fundamental things top swimmers do that increase their speed and efficiency. My aim is to impart these characteristics to all swimmers.

Hello everyone, I am Alfredo, a professional worker involved in Clinical Research for a Pharmaceutical Company. I have been swim Teacher/coach for 10 years, with experience accross Italy and UK (London) with kids and adults, 1 to 1 lessons.
Unlike other swimming teachers, I believe the most important way to ensure a great foundation to build upon is by stressing the importance of technique from a young age. I see swim teachers teach kids four times a week (this is because I am a qualified lifeguard) and there is a limited improvement due to the lack of care for their students.
Approach is very different from convention. Fear of water is got rid off. Doesn't matter young or old.
I will see the level of skill and ability then set/plan the class/lesson from there . . . . .
My teaching methodology is based on the age of the students so i can teach children who are as young as three years old and all the way up to adults. I also base my teaching on how well my students can swim.
