About Frans

I am a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for mentoring students. Having recently navigated the education system myself, I understand firsthand the pressures students face and the study techniques required to succeed. My academic journey has equipped me with deep subject knowledge and up-to-date insights into modern exam boards and curricula. Throughout my time at university, I frequently helped peers and younger students break down complex topics into understandable concepts. This informal mentoring inspired me to become a tutor. I love seeing the "lightbulb moment" when a student finally grasps a difficult idea. I bring energy, empathy, and relatable advice to every session, helping my students bridge the gap between confusion and academic excellence.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology revolves around creating a structured, supportive, and highly personalized learning environment. I begin our first session with a diagnostic assessment to identify your specific strengths and areas for improvement. Based on this, we co-create a customized learning plan with clear milestones.A typical lesson is split into three parts: a quick review of previous concepts, a deep dive into new material using interactive examples, and targeted practice problems to build confidence. I emphasize conceptual understanding over rote memorization. You will leave every lesson with clear notes, actionable feedback, and optional homework to reinforce your learning before our next session.
