About Rishma
Since meditations have changed my life and I keep gaining new dimensions of life as experiences happen, I feel they can bring us closest to our own being with more and more sense of the self as a separate yet connected entity. The peace and joy experienced after regular meditations are unparalleled and many people have benefitted from meditations and therapies worldwide through me and I intend to keep doing this amazing work with everyone. I would like to assure everyone that by practising meditations regularly with me, they would gain a better perspective of life so that they can start trusting the beauty of life again!

My way of conducting sessions is guided, intense and aimed to provide a soothing and calming experience to the participant. I am trained in a variety of meditation techniques; Active, Passive and Guided and each one intended to work in different ways to bring joy and relaxation to whomsoever practises it.
My sessions last for 30 minutes.
Passive Meditations are more of silence and less physically active.
Guided Meditations are for Healing, Self Hypnosis and for relaxation.
Active Meditations would help the practitioner to use their body movements followed by silence.
I can do sessions over Zoom or Skype in any time zone.
