About Crystal
I am an experienced meditation practitioner who discovered the power of meditation through my own healing journey. After going through a period of emotional overwhelm and disconnection, meditation became a key part of how I found calm, clarity, and inner strength.
Over the years, I’ve explored various meditation styles, learning from different teachers and traditions, and now guide others in developing a practice that’s simple, supportive, and sustainable. My approach is gentle and intuitive, focused on helping you reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and feel more present in everyday life.
You don’t need any experience—just a willingness to slow down and breathe.

My teaching style is calm, supportive, and tailored to you. I understand that everyone comes to meditation with different needs—whether it’s stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or simply a desire to feel more present. My approach blends breath awareness, gentle focus, and intention-setting to help you feel grounded and at ease.
Each session begins with a short check-in to see how you’re feeling and what you need that day. We then move into guided meditation, where I gently lead you through breathing techniques, body awareness, and simple practices to quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself. We finish with space for reflection or any questions you may have.
You don’t need any prior experience—just an open mind and a willingness to slow down. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, my sessions are designed to meet you where you are and grow with you over time.
What makes my sessions different is the intuitive, person-centred approach I bring. I create a peaceful space where you feel seen, supported, and able to truly relax. My aim is to help you build a consistent, meaningful practice that supports your wellbeing—not just during our sessions, but in daily life.
