About Armand
As a personal trainer, I have gone through the successes and failures of the world of fitness and health. The years of training brought me to venture into various workout regimes ranging from bodyweight calisthenics to weighted bodybuilding and further into combat training alike boxing. Knowledge and experience attained enable greater understanding into the means and requirements to achieve these goals. Something I seek to teach and help develope in others
