About Michael
I am a graduate of the Aaron Copland School of Music in New York City. I have a Master's Degree in Music Education and I am currently pursuing another degree in Musicology from Florida State University.
I am also a New York City certified school music teacher. In addition to that, I have my Kodaly certification as well. The Kodaly method is a great method thats works well with elementary school children.

As a public school music teacher, I have had the priviledge of teaching 3K students all the way up to high school students. As a piano teacher, I have taught young children and I have taught senior citizens. All the students have to possess is a desire to learn. My knowledge of piano lesson books will guide my students to the best learning material possible. Not only will note reading be taught, but classical and sacred hymn repertoire will be taught as well. This will serve a student well if they ever wish to become a church musician.
