About Joy
I give classes at my current place of employment on medical terminology and drug dosage math. During my career, I have mentored and precepted many nursing students and new graduates. I enjoy teaching and look forward to helping the next generation of nurses succeed.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from UCCS-Colorado Springs. I have been practicing as a nurse for 15 years in Obstetrics, Neonatal Intensive Care, Nursery and Pediatrics. I am currently working as a team leader (charge nurse/floor manager) in these areas. I prefer online tutoring and am available many days, most evenings and weekends for tutoring. I can assist with content learning as well as test preparation.
