About Dionne
Hi, my name's Dionne and I believe that all children have the ability to reach great heights with their education. Sometimes this can be done within a whole class setting but at times a child just needs the opportunity to let their confidence and personality shine in a 1:1 situation and this is where tutoring comes into its own.
I am a qualified teacher celebrating my 20th year in teaching this year! I have worked in a variety of schools with a variety of children: children within a mainstream setting, SEND especially children with Autism, ADD, non verbal and SBED as well as pupils within Pupil Referral Units.
Despite all of these apparent differences, fundamentally children need adults to believe in them, guide them and get them to produce their work to get maximum results.
I have been tutoring since 2012 and have a 100% track rate with Common Entrance exams and Y6 SATs. I thoroughly enjoy working with children and have a very positive relationship with them whilst still being fair and firm so that they feel safe and encouraged. I really hope that I get the opportunity to work with you and your child and help them to be their best self!
