About Karin
I graduated from Hogeschool Windesheim as a sports teacher (CALO), also trained as a nutrition consultant, recently completed NASM Personal trainer and core conditioning trainer and have been active as a bootcamp trainer in Arnhem and surroundings for various groups in terms of size and level. My way of training is characterized as 'enthusiastic', 'fanatical' and 'involved'. I look at the participant and adjust the exercise to size, so that it is challenging for everyone. I also ensure that every muscle group is trained in an expert manner.
