I have been training myself and others for 7 years so have a wealth of experience within the field of weight loss transformations and muscle building.
The thing I enjoy the most about my job is 1:1 sessions - Where you can see people breaking their limits, obstacles - no matter how big and small, but significant.
Also the speed of progression in this type of coaching is remarkable.
My teaching method is to build a strong rapport with my client, in order to provide a calm relaxed environment to learn in. I then work on strength and flexibility which will assist the client in muscle development. I then provide specific lesson plans based on the age, ability, and desired focus.
We always finish with a static stretches to soothe any achy muscles after training.
