I’m a Personal Trainer and Padwork Coach offering 1:1 sessions online or in person — helping you build strength, move with confidence and reach your fitness goals in a way that feels good.

 My approach blends functional training, boxing-style padwork and lifestyle coaching to support real, lasting results — whether you’re aiming for fat loss, better energy or a stronger, more capable body.

Alongside workouts, I can guide you with simple nutrition strategies, healthy meal swaps, sleep optimisation and habit shifts that support your goals beyond the gym.

Here's what a typical session looks like:

Foundations First
We’ll begin by building functional strength and stability — meeting you exactly where you are. This foundation is key to preventing injury, improving movement quality, and helping you feel more connected to your body.

Progress at Your Pace
Once the groundwork is in place, we’ll gradually layer in challenge — whether that’s heavier strength training, more dynamic movement or boxing-style padwork. You’ll always be progressing, but never pushed beyond what feels right for you.

 Dynamic, Personalised Sessions
Every session is tailored to your goals and preferences. A typical session includes:
- A short check-in and mobility warm-up
- Strength, movement, or padwork training (or a blend)
- Cooldown, recovery tips and optional nutrition or lifestyle support

Support Beyond the Workout
I’m here to support you in and out of sessions — whether you need healthy meal swaps, sleep tips, or just someone to keep you accountable and encouraged along the way.

This is more than fitness — it’s a whole-body, feel-good approach.
