About Beatrice
Since I was little, I've always added Pilates classes to my routine as a dance student and then as a professional dancer. For me, Pilates is an outlet for the stresses of everyday life, a moment when I don't have to think about anything but myself. And together, I hope to give you this feeling of lightness.

In this one-hour class, I'll try to help you relax, breathe, work out, and smile all at the same time. Using either free-body exercises or small equipment, we'll help your body relax and heal itself from the inside out, working all those internal muscles you might not even know exist.
