About RUMAYSAH
Based in Leicester, I am a friendly and reliable tutor, eager to help young people develop their understanding and independence with their learning. I understand that every child learns differently so I aim to adapt my teaching approach to suit each child's individual needs and pace.
I can offer support with Primary school maths, English, Reading, SPaG and general homework. My lessons are designed to be engaging, supportive and tailored to your child's needs.
My goal is to make learning feel less stressful and help children become more confident in their own ability. :)

I generally take a patient and supportive approach to teaching, adapting the lesson to each child's individual needs and learning style. I explain concepts clearly, and by breaking down difficult tasks into smaller, more manageable chunks, I am able to build confidence. My aim is to make learning enjoyable and engaging while helping each child reach their full potential.
I have experience as a teaching assistant, supporting students and the class teacher with children aged 6-10, and have completed informal tutoring lessons in Mathematics, English literature and language, and Science.
Depending on each child's ability and preference, the lesson may range from 30 minutes to 1 and a half hours.
