About Mo

I’m an experienced Project and Programme Management leader with over 13 years of experience delivering complex technology, AI, cloud and digital transformation programmes.

I currently lead a Product and Project Management function, managing project managers and coordinating delivery across large cross-functional engineering teams. Throughout my career, I have worked with global organisations and international teams across the UK, US, India and South Korea.

I want to teach because I enjoy helping people understand how project management works in the real world, beyond theory and textbooks. My aim is to share practical lessons from my own experience, help students build confidence, and give them tools they can apply immediately in their studies, careers and day-to-day projects.

I take a friendly, practical and flexible approach, adapting each lesson to the student’s goals, whether they are new to project management, preparing for interviews or certifications, or looking to develop their skills as an experienced professional.

About the lesson

I offer practical, personalised Project and Programme Management lessons tailored to your goals, experience level, and industry. My approach combines established methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall with real-world examples from complex technology, AI, cloud and creative production programmes.

Lessons are typically 60 minutes and can focus on specific topics, career development, certification support, interview preparation, or improving your confidence in managing projects and stakeholders.

I have over 13 years of experience leading complex projects and programmes, currently heading a Product and Project Management function and managing project managers and cross-functional engineering teams.

My lessons are suitable for university students, early-career project managers, professionals moving into project management, and experienced practitioners looking to strengthen their programme delivery, stakeholder management, governance, Agile or technology leadership skills.
