I would say I am a friendly, happy and patient person who enjoys sharing my enthusiasm for knowledge and English, particularly poetry and literature studies.
Having a connection with students and supporting them to be the best they can be is my reason for teaching. Nothing is more rewarding to a teacher than seeing a student being proud of themselves.

Experienced qualified English teacher specialising in 11-16 secondary school education. I have further qualifications and training within SEND, behavioural management and mental health teaching.
I am proficient in adaptive teaching which is tailored to each individual student. My lessons are fun, relaxed and interesting to help foster each student to become curiously invested in their own learning!
